Individual Dessert Menu
1. Apple Gallettes: Roasted apple, caramel, flaky crust. Freeform apple pie.
2.Chocolate Mousse Bombe: Semisweet chocolate mousse over chocolate linzer crust with thin layer of rasp. jam, hand dipped in chocolate ganache.
3.Lemon Chantilly: Lemon chiffon sides, white chocolate mousse filling, lemon curd topping.
4.Strawberry Shortcake: Strawberry chiffon sides, white chocolate mousse filling, strawberry jam topping.
5. Tiramisu: Chocolate genoise soaked in espresso coffee syrup, pecan crunch, milk chocolate ganache, mascapone mousse, chocolate shavings.
6. Chocolate Caramel Tart: Caramel pecan filling over chocolate cookie crust, chocolate ganache glaze.
7. Chocolate Raspberry Brulee Dome: Milk chocolate raspberry mousse, raspberry brulee center, linzer cookie crust, sprayed chocolate finish.
8. Apple or Pear Crostada: Roasted apples or pears in sugar crust, oatmeal streusel topping.
9. Apple Upside Down Cake: Neighbor Judy’s apple cake ala upside down with caramelized apple topping.
10. Individual Cheesecake: Traditional New york style cheesecake baked individually.
Varieties : white chocolate raspberry, lemon, chocolate kahlua,
apple tart tatin, pineapple upside down, heath crunch,
peanut butter and vanilla.
11. Molten Cakes: Choclate cake with molten center, finish in microwave for an 'ooey gooey' effect.
12. Hazelnut Meringue Triangle: Hazelnut meringue, ganache, praline cream in a triangle shape.
13. Lemon Tart: Homemade lemon curd filling over a sugar crust, fresh blueberry garnish (as blueberries available).
14. Bourbon Pecan Tart: Pecan, chocolate and bourbon combo baked in sugar crust.
15. Pear or Apple Tart: Thinly sliced fruit over almond crème filling, baked in tart shell.
16. Mocha Ganache Tart: Milk chocolate and coffee ganache with sugar crust shell, whipped crème topping.
17. Fresh Fruit Tart: Seasonal fruit over vanilla custard in a sugar crust.
18. Sweet Potato Tart: Roasted sweet potato puree with orange zest, baked in tart shell, whipped cream topping.
19. Triple Layer Mousse: Layers of semisweet, milk and white chocolate mousse.
20. Chocolate Madness Torte: Milk chocolate mousse, truffle center and pecan crunch.
21. Peanut Butter Crunch: Peanut butter, milk and fuillitine w/ chocolate ganache topping.
22. Chocolate Covered Pretzel: Milk chocolate, caramel and crushed pretzels topped with chocolate fudge.
